Ed’s background includes operational leadership, project delivery, systems and process development, financial modelling and private investment administration. 

He has worked with early-stage technology companies on forecasting, fundraising preparation, investor materials, data rooms, governance and cross-functional delivery. At MindTime Digital, he served as operational lead during the venture’s development phase, helping coordinate the team, capital, reporting and delivery needed to turn an established body of research into working AI technology.

Earlier in his career, Ed built and ran BrandActive’s Brand Management Systems practice, helping enterprise clients assess, select and implement digital platforms while managing the delivery and commercial performance of the service line.
